Orthopaedic Trimming and Sanding Machine

The HARDO Ideal Ortho 85 B is a professional trimming and sanding machine designed for orthopaedic footwear workshops. Its compact, stand-alone design combines multiple trimming and sanding stations with an integrated dust extraction system and cotton filter, eliminating the need for a separate external filter cabinet.

The machine features twin trimmers, including a dedicated heel and sole trimming unit, two sanding belts, a heel-breasting cone with bayonet fitting and a swivelling finishing unit. The diagonal extraction wall efficiently collects dust close to the working area.

The Ideal Ortho 85 B provides a complete, space-saving solution for the trimming, shaping and finishing of orthopaedic footwear components.
